  • Nutrition log to ensure athletes are training and fueling to their best potential
  • Available to Bay Area Athletes: local runs and meet ups to connect and review training in person

Tier 2: for athletes looking to complete a specific goal or race.

  • Unique training document created for a specific goals or race(s)
  • Preliminary coaching questionnaire to assess goals
  • Weekly feedback and workout analysis
  •  General nutrition guidance after initial consultation is provided in separate document
  • Access to two cross training workouts per week 
  • Available to Bay Area Athletes: local runs and meet ups to connect and review training in person
